Who we are

ABiMPACT (ABN 66 446 931 953) is a short-form video content agency based in Coburg, Melbourne. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at abimpactagency@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, we receive your name, phone number and Instagram handle. We also collect whatever you send us directly — through a contact form on our website, email, or social media messages. This might include your name, contact details, and anything else you choose to share with us.

Why we collect it

We use this information to get in touch with you about the content plan or service enquiry you requested, and to tell you about our services. We don't use it for anything beyond that.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties. The only exceptions are the platforms we use to store and manage it day to day:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which delivers lead form submissions to us
• Google Workspace and Google Sheets, where we keep enquiry records

These providers have their own privacy and security practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.

How long we keep it, and how to have it removed

We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry, and — if you become a client — for the life of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you'd like us to delete your information at any time, email us and we'll remove it, unless we're required to keep it for a legal reason.

Australian Privacy Principles

ABiMPACT is a small business, and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) may not formally apply to a business of our size. Even so, we aim to handle your personal information in a way that's consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as a matter of good practice.
